Our Morning with Thomas

Apparently Thomas the Tank Engine travels around the country, visiting small historical train stations.  Mommy & Henry went to check him out.

Henry was enthusiastic as we walked from the parking lot.

Once inside, there were a wide variety of things to explore before the main event.  We checked out the Lego Thomas and Henry did not want to let the other kids sit near him.

Next, Henry picked out a lovely Percy tattoo. He was quite disappointed when Percy disappeared after his bath that night!

Then it was time for the carnival rides.  Henry warmed Mommy's heart by enjoying the little roller coaster.

But he was even more excited to drive the cars.

With the sound of a whistle, Henry waited with great anticipation for the day's star.

And he was not disappointed.

 

After all that excitement, Henry was actually pretty mellow on the train ride itself, but clearly enjoyed his day.
