NYC Holidays

Mommy decided the boys were ready for New York City at the holidays.

We of course had to make the usual first stop.  Part of the "problem" with visiting Auntie Beth is that many Shake Shack locations are very convenient stops on the subway. At least we changed it up this time and sat inside at Times Square.

Daniel doesn't only look like his mama - he shares my taste and is obviously a big fan of the chocolate peanut butter pretzel concrete.

Then it was off to see the Rock Center tree.  The boys were unimpressed.

But they still took a funny photo of Beth.

The NYFD has an exhibit nearby and the boys enjoyed sitting in the cab of a real NYFD engine.

Then it was off to Grand Central to check out the MTA's holiday train display.  Normal people would have lingered and spent about 20 minutes.  We spent over an hour.

And at the end of the night, Henry once again worked on his photobombing skills.
