Pool Time Fun!

With all of the lovely heat & humidity lately, Henry decided it would be best to spend the afternoon at Grandma's pool. He protested Mommy's application of suncreen (apparently remembering that she got some in his eyes the last time she applied it!), but agreed to wear his hat.


Ever the rebel with his disregard for rules like "No eating for 30 minutes before you swim," Henry opted for a quick snack of Jax. He apparently takes after both Mommy and Daddy on that front.







Once getting into the pool, Henry noticed that Mommy was trying to turn his casual afternoon of swimming into a blog-worthy event. So he pointed that out to her.

But the delights of the warm sun and cool water won Henry over from Mommy's attention.

Playing with cousin Jack in the pool was great fun, especially when both Daddys were splashing them around.

With all that swimming, Henry started to get a bit tired and opted for the comfort of a float.

After all of that activity, Henry needed a drink. But rather than using the top to the water bottle, he decided to pose for some close-ups for Mommy.

We finished up the day delighted by the bubbles Grandma was blowing!
